How do I change the delivery frequency of my subscription?Updated 5 months ago
Subscription Order Edits Deadline
Just a reminder, all changes to your upcoming Fuel Meals order must be complete by 11:59 pm EST / 8:59 pm PST on Fridays.
After this, your order will be billed/charged and we're unable to make any changes, edits, skips or cancel this order as meals ship out on Mondays.
If any subscription edits are made after 11:59 pm EST / 8:59 pm PST on Fridays, this will impact the subsequent subscription order (1 or 2 weeks later) and not the active order.
Step-by-step guide:
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to the action options at the bottom of the page (below the billing and shipping details)
- Select 'More'
Select 'More' - Select 'Edit frequency'
Select 'Edit frequency' - Select new frequency (delivery every 1 week or delivery every 2 weeks)
- Select next order date
- Select 'Apply'
Select 'Apply' - You will receive an email confirming your delivery frequency and next order date
