How do I change the delivery frequency of my subscription?Updated 19 days ago

Subscription Order Edits Deadline

Just a reminder, all changes to your upcoming Fuel Meals order must be complete by 11:59 pm EST / 8:59 pm PST on Fridays.

After this, your order will be billed/charged, and we're unable to make any changes, edits, skips, or cancel this order, as meals ship out on Mondays.

If any subscription edits are made after 11:59 pm EST / 8:59 pm PST on Fridays, this will impact the subsequent subscription order (1 or 2 weeks later) and not the active order.

Step-by-step guide:

1. Log in to your account
2. Select 'My Account' tab
3. Navigate to the 'Delivery Frequency' details.
4. Select 'Change.'

   5. A pop-up will appear; choose  either 'Every Week' or 'Every Other Week.'

 6. It will automatically update, and you can confirm the changes based on your selection as shown below.

 7. To select next order date, navigate to the 'Home' tab, then click on 'Change.' 

 8. Select 'Choose Delivery Date,' and then select your preferred date.

  9. You will receive an email confirming your delivery frequency and next order date.
