How can I find my tracking number?Updated 20 days ago

Once an order is prepared and ready to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking information. 

Orders may be shipped via FedEx, OnTrack, or AxleHire, depending on the delivery location. We’re unable to guarantee a specific carrier.

You'll get an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. As soon as your package leaves our facility, you'll receive a second email with all relevant carrier tracking information. From there, you can also visit the carrier's website using the tracking link provided for additional tracking and delivery notification options.

Please note that the tracking link may not display information until the package is actually picked up by the carrier, so do not worry if the carrier’s website does not have information upfront for you.
